During exploration of the Bath spring, 130 Roman curse tablets from 2-4 AD were found. 130 ordinary people had inscribed wrongs they wanted righted by the goddess Sulis. (The Celts worshipped Sulis (means to see, good) at the Bath spring; the Roman-Britains called the goddess, Sulis Minerva. )
