Explore thousands of archeological finds from pre-Roman and Roman Britain. During exploration of the Bath spring, 130 Roman curse tablets from 2-4 AD were found. 130 ordinary people had inscribed wrongs they wanted righted by the goddess Sulis. (The Celts worshipped Sulis (means to see, good) at the Bath spring; the Roman-Britains called the goddess, Sulis Minerva. )

Jane Austen’s Fiction Manuscripts (Digital Edition) allows you to explore some 1100 pages of fiction written in Jane Austen’s own hand.

This is a story about the people who live(d) in the Gediz Valley in Manisa, a province of Turkiye. The project focuses on the languages, cultures and people who lived here from Paleolithic times to today but it is centred around food and its role as a social connector.
